CSCAP Philippines, co-chaired by WPS Foundation, was selected to host the 15th General Conference during the 63rd CSCAP Steering Committee Meeting held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in December 2025. The decision marks an important milestone for the Philippine Member Committee and reflects the confidence of the CSCAP network in its capacity to convene the region’s largest track II gathering of security experts and former government officials.

Since its inaugural General Conference in Singapore in 1997, the event has been hosted by various Member Committees across the region, including most recently Malaysia (2024), Indonesia (2022), and Vietnam (2019). The 2026 gathering will mark the Philippines’ first opportunity to host this flagship regional track II conference.

Co-chaired by the National Security Council of the Philippines and the WPS Foundation, CSCAP Philippines looks forward to welcoming delegates from across the Asia-Pacific to Manila for discussions on pressing regional security challenges, confidence-building, and strengthening cooperative security in the region.
